Previous Experience: Great importance shall be given to previous experience with major companies in similar position with proven track record and success. Infrastructure and roads experience is of importance.
Particular requirements: Expert in FIDIC contract types , knowledge in EOTs claims and substantiations of claims, extensive experience in contracts with clients/employers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc., excellent writing skills, Excellent Managerial skills, very shrewd, poised, detail oriented, autonomous, capable of establishing, building up, and developing a full fledged Contracts Department within the Organization.

Visa status: If in UAE, should be transferable without burden or delay.
