  • A recognized diploma or degree or be qualified by experience.
  • Work Breakdown structure creation.
  • Preparation and update of programme.
  • Baseline management.
  • Critical path analysis.
  • Preparation of periodic reports.
  • Knowledge of resource loading programmes.
  • Progress measurement methodology.
  • A working knowledge of risk management and change management, as well as earned value analysis, completion forecasting, and status reporting.
  • Experience with utilities or large infrastructure projects in one or more of the industries listed below: rail, aviation, nuclear, water, and highways.
  • A flexible approach to be office or site based according to the needs of the business and client.
  • Effective client interface skills and experience with the ability to offer both strategic and project advice.
  • Good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Good IT skills and the ability operate professional planning tools such as Primavera P6.
  • Excellent communication skills.
