6Credibility: For a charitable organization, there might be more established credibility   than for an individual person or people who attempt to achieve their nonprofit purpose.

7-Perpetual Existence: A non-profit corporation has the legal freedom to remain in existence forever. It doesn’t have an informal organization

2Management oversight: Non-profit rules especially the non-profit corporation needs from you good management, daily meeting, quorums, minutes, and other compliance duties which are not applicable for informal nonprofits. 

3-No lobbying or political campaigning: Nonprofits tax-exempt have limits on their lobbying and political participation which can limit their ability to campaign for their causes.
